Do you know what really grinds my gears? Mowing the lawn. I hate mowing my lawn. I have so much land on my property, and a lot of it has grass on it, and it needs to be mowed. Mowing is a pain in the ass. It consumes a lot of time, and also, lawnmowers are so annoying. They break down constantly, they're gas guzzlers, and they're heavy. Try pushing a big heavy lawn mower for hours at end, i hate it. I hate how in order to have a nice looking property you have to have short grass. Who the hell cares! it's grass. It's such a constant pain having to walk up and down your property every week just to cut grass. I think it's a stupid and pointless chore and it really grinds my gears when I have to do it.

Driving in the snow
Do you know what really grinds my gears? Driving in the snow. If you know me you know that I absolutely hate the snow. And I especially hate driving in it. I don't have the best car and when I have to drive my car in the snow it's really scary. My car hardly has any traction on it's tires so when the roads are bad, i'm fucked. Every time I get in my car to go somewhere and it's snowing, I get scared i'm not going to make it back alive. I remember last year when I was a senior, and i was on my way home from school, and the roads were pretty bad, and I was turning left and this old lady hit me and almost hit me into oncoming traffic. I was so pissed that she hit me, and it made me even more mad that she blamed it on me. I had to call the cops and everything all because the roads were bad and the lady behind me couldn't stop in time. And I remember standing outside my car in the snow waiting for the cops, and it was just not a fun time. Because of that Driving in the snow grinds my gears.
McDonald's
Do you know what really grinds my gears? McDonald's. McDonald's is where I currently work and I hate it. I hate everything about it. I hate how busy we get, I hate rude customers, I hate just being there. I don't get paid enough, and to be honest it's just a shitty job. Especially now, because it's winter. When I usually work i'm always in drive thru, which means I'm always in the window. The other day I was working and I was back booth, which means I take the money and the orders. So that day we were really busy, and it was the day after we had a lot of snow, so it was really cold. And I couldn't feel my fingers. It was torture having to stick my hands out to collect money every 15 seconds for 5 hours at a time. That same day as i'm doing back booth, my manager tells me I have to do dishes inbetween orders. So that means i'm taking the customers order, taking their money in the cold, and washing dishes on the side. And the since i'm washing dishes it makes my hands even more cold. It was just a bad day that day and couldn't stand it. That's why McDonald's really grinds my gears.
Group Chat
Do you know what really grind my gears? Group chat. Now if you have friends and you have an iphone, and you have friends with an iphone, you probably have been in annoying group chat. Now currently i'm in a group chat with 10 other friends and all day and all night my phone does not stop going off. there's times that I get waken up at 3 in the morning because someone from group chat is "bored" and "want's to hang out." As i'm writing this my phone has been going off many times, and is continuing to go off because my friends are having conversation that I do not care about. I don't even use group chat, If I need something from one of my friends I text them personally, not in group chat. I wish everyone in my group chat could understand that it's very annoying to have a phone constantly blow up because of meaningless conversation. It sucks waking up with a 100% battery and having it under 20% 3 hours later because of group chat. I cannot stand group chat!
Shoveling
Do you know what really grinds my gears? Shoveling snow. Shoveling snow is probably the worst chore ever. Especially after a big snow storm. Now I hate snow and the cold with a passion, but when you have to do a chore that combines both, it's the absolute worst. I hate it because usually a snow storm happens over night and when I wake up and my mom tells me that I need to shovel. Which sucks because I wake up just to find out I have to go out in the freezing cold to pick up snow, and it completely ruins my day. Shoveling snow sucks even more for me because my house is on the corner, which means I have a lot of sidewalks and a huge driveway. And because of that it takes about 45 minutes to shovel my whole property. Shoveling snow is also one of the reasons why I cant stand winter. I just really hate the cold and I especially hate being in the cold shoveling snow.
